Thank you for your interest in attending this dynamic program. Below are important notes to review before you complete the Registration Form.

Arrival / Departure Dates
Please provide us with your expected arrival and departure dates, even if you have not yet finalized your travel plans. We need expected dates from all delegates for capacity planning purposes. Should your dates change, please submit the Update Registration available in this section. 

On-site registration begins Sunday, May 17, 2009, at 9:30 a.m., at the Lexington Convention Center. Optional tours of Alltech’s Global Headquarters and the Nutrigenomics Center will take place on Sunday, May 17. The closing Symposium session will take place on Wednesday, May 20, from 8:30 am until around 11 am.

Destination Airport
Lexington Bluegrass Airport is located within 15 minutes of all Symposium hotels. Complimentary shuttle service to and from the participating hotels will be provided.

Hotel
If selected, your room reservation will be made by Alltech’s Symposium registration team at a participating hotel so that we can guarantee all delegates a room at one of Lexington’s best hotels, with good value and ease of transportation to and from all Symposium venues. Room rates for all hotels (with symposium discount) will be in the range of $130-$150 USD per night, plus tax. You will receive your hotel confirmation from your local Alltech office during the weeks before the Symposium. We are confident that you will enjoy your stay at one of Lexington’s finest hotels. Please note that after April 10 we cannot guarantee the discounted room rate.

Registration fee: $525.
Early registration fee: $400 (before April 10). This fee includes access to all Symposium sessions and all organized functions, dinners and luncheons from May 17 through May 20. To take advantage of the early registration fee of $400 - register and pay by April 10.

Attendance is strictly by invitation only.
